Lessons learned from 20+ years of designing, building and validating DSSs
				• Users typically are plagued with a stovepipe type of decision process • Integration of key streams of decision information is key • Information, not data,  and only that required for decision • Users don’t know what they don’t know • Must interact iteratively with users to match what is possible in a technical & scientific sense with their decision process • User group must be employed from beginning of design phase
